FAQ

1. Do you accept returns?
No, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please email us, and we’ll do everything possible to resolve it.

2. How do I report a damaged or missing item?
If you receive a damaged item or are missing something from your order, please reach out to us within 30 days of delivery at help@steamybookworms.com. Photos of the damage and proof of purchase are required. Approved returns must be sent back at the buyer's expense before replacements are issued.

3. When will my order ship?

• Merchandise like clothing, hats, blankets or cups ship within 5-7 days.
• Book Boxes are pre-ordered and shipped within 2-3 months to allow for custom production. These boxes are available every 2-3 months.

4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping through USPS, UPS, and DHL for all of our merchandise. 

Our Book Boxes can not be sold to the following countries due to GPSR: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway.
